Grana Padano
Incoming JRE Event

The customer hosted a small Chef delegation from the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, which had the opportunity to get to know the production of Grana Padano at Bagnolo San Vito (MN).

They have prepared a menu entirely based on Grana Padano at the Artigliere Restaurant of the chef JRE Italia Davide Botta. The participating chefs are Jesus Monedero (Spain), Clément Bidard (France), Gregor Vracko (Slovenia), Jens Dannenfeld (Germany).

Siglacom took care of supporting the customer during the event and managing the photographic shots of the same.
