GestiGrana is a management model for the production sites in the Grana Padano chain, born for two main purposes: to provide consumers with information on the traceability of Grana Padano PDO production, starting from the ingredients in the bovine feed and the efficiency of production planning up to to the development of the market; to develop and implement an innovative management system adapted to the Grana Padano supply chain with the aim of optimizing the operation of the supply chain.
