The typical Mantuan cuisine is personally supervised by the owners, pastas, desserts and cold cuts are prepared at home.
Typical dishes include pilot risotto, pumpkin tortelli, donkey stew and pike in sauce.
Among the desserts sbrisolona, pies and biscuits with zabaione.
There is also a cellar where you can taste local salami, Parma ham and other cured meats.
