The customer expressed need was to create an event to achieve three objectives: to live and appreciate the new showroom, reward and retain the best customers and to discover the Volvo range and the latest addition, the CrossOver V90 Cross Country.

The focus of the team was complete, from the selection of invitees to the creation of invitations, from the management of public relations to the management of video footage, to the identification of gamification as a reward for the best customers.
