High density polyethylene compound is suitable for the patterns thermoforming. It has good extrudability, mechanical properties and a very good E.S.C.R.
The polyethylene used for the patterns thermoforming is black. HDPE contains 2.5% well dispersed carbon black in order to ensure excellent weathering resistance. Antioxidants and processing aids are also added.
