AR.CA. Caldaie has been concerned with natural gas boiler manufacturing for more than thirty years, offering a wide range of boilers featuring high overall performances, high fuel economy, ease of use and high reliability.
Usually, wall-hang type natural gas boilers can be divided in two main groups: legacy natural gas boilers and condensation technology boilers. Taking into account the many customer requests, the overall performance could be constantly improved, until implementation of the condensation technology.
Legacy natural gas boilers feature lower thermal yields than condensation technology boilers, because in the first ones a certain amount of the produced heat escapes outside in terms of high flue temperatures, which are normally in the range 110 - 150° C. By this way, the efficiency of a legacy natural gas boiler is less than the one of condensation type boilers. In wall-hang type condensation boilers, a part of the heat produced is recovered by lowering the outlet flue temperature, letting the flues condense until a temperature of 40 - 50 °C is reached, getting a better fuel economy and a higher overall thermal yield when compared with a legacy boiler. By this way, the efficiency of a condensation type natural gas boiler is better than that of a legacy one.
AR.CA. Caldaie natural gas boilers are designed and manufactured for long lasting performance: highest quality materials are employed and every component part is carefully chosen. The highest quality level has always been the main aim of AR.CA. Caldaie, but in the same time the design has not been disregarded; the boilers come in fashionable and always new looks which are studied to be suitable with almost any kind of interior decorations.
AR.CA. Caldaie is one of the two existing European boiler and heating system manufacturers to have been certified in the U.S. for its products, which are the strictest all over the world from the point of view of customer security. |
