DUNA-Corradini has developed two main product lines, CORAFOAM and DUNAPOL, creating a huge range of polyurethane products, starting from the rigid block, up to systems for the production of expanded polyurethane both with the pour polyurethane and the spray application polyurethane. Duna Polymers offers a variety of epoxy resins and polyurethane resins for several applications: epoxy for granite and marble (for restoring and reinforcing of marble and granite slabs), structural adhesives, sport and industrial flooring, manufacturing of sandwich panels core. DUNA-USA is well known in the petrol-chemical and engineering fields with the manufacture of rigid polyisocyanurate and polyurethane foam.
DUNA's Group has three main product lines: CORAFOAM, DUNAPOL and DUNAPACK.
Corafoam is the rigid polyurethane foam produced in blocks. It is a line of products made with rigid expanded polyurethane, MDI and TDI polyurethanes and polyisocyanurates. This line of products consists of rigid expanded bunstock foams, both polyurethane (either MDI or TDI based) and polyisocyanurate. The range of products includes: polyurethane slabs, fillets, blocks, polyurethane special shapes, abrasive powders.
Dunapipe is a range of products made with rigid polyurethane foam and polyiso reinforced foams for the insulation of pipelines, ducts and industrial tanks. The products made with rigid polyurethane foam and polyiso reinforced foams are: pipes, pipe supports, vessel heads, segments, valves and fittings.
Dunapol is a line of products based on pour polyurethane and spray application polyurethane. Polyurethane has an important funcion of thermal insulation and the products manufactured are sandwich panels core, epoxy adhesives, resins for flooring and many other. Pour polyurethane and spray polyurethane are widely used in various civil and industrial sectors.
Coralite is a line of semi-rigid systems for industrial flooring and refrigerated vehicles' flooring. These products provide antiskid, soundproofing and waterproofing. Compact polyurethane foam Dunapol AD, Dunapol CO, Dunapol PA are used mainly as glues, floorings, elastomers, structural adhesives, sealants and castings. Dunaseal is a line of products made with polyurethane and the produts obtained are: spray application polyurethane systems and extrusion application polyurethane systems.
Dunapox is a line of products made with epoxy resins. Epoxy resins are used for manufacturing of refrigerated vehicles, petrol-chemical and energy sectors, marble and granite resin tapping, panels and composites.
Dunapack is a rigid polyurethane packaging foam line. Reinforced foam ensures the utmost protection from bumps, vibrations and thermal shocks. Packaging foam line also includes foam-in-bag moulding equipment.
